  • 2010 – till date : Research on Nano particles, Metal Oxide & Metal Nitride coatings for optical coatings and thermal management in solid state lightings
  • 2003 – 2010: Bulk material & thin film preparation and characterization for energy conversion (solar cell) and storage materials (thin film micro battery).
  • 2001-2003: Research work on modeling and optimization of Solar Evaporator for disposing industrial effluents.
  • 2000-2001: Research work on performance study of natural solar evaporator for safe disposal of tannery effluents.
