Geoscience Industrial Week 2017 (GIW 2017)

In this activity, Geophysics students year 1, 2 and 3 participate the program organized by the University of Malaya Science Society. The activities involved exhibitions on geosciences and related fields to expose and give students a better understanding of the geoscience industry in Malaysia. Talks and workshops are also held to equip students with the necessary knowledge and soft skills required when ready to dive into work industry. Students also participate in competitions such as 'Geoquiz', 'Pangaea Puzzle' and 'Oil Rig Competition' to test knowledge and skills related to geoscience knowledge.
