LED Back End Assembly Process

On 22nd of November 2018, a technical talk on Light Emitting Diode (LED) technology was held at School of Physics. Mr. Koo Kean Kuan from Osram Opto Semiconductor Sdn.Bhd was invited as the speaker. The objective of this talk is to have a sharing session in between the student and our invited speaker regarding his expertise and experience in industrial process of LED technology. This talk also aims to foster a potential project collaboration and industrial training for the postgraduate and undergraduate students.
